Overall - Cassandra. There are two versions, one you get for scoring a total of 1000 points on the quiz, and the other you get for getting a perfect 50/50 score.

Earrings - You have to turn in 100 scrolls you get from PQ monsters.

Hat - You have to beat the Boss Rush until you have 1000 points and then you buy the hat. The 5th one you buy will be a perma one.

Shoes - You get the temp pair by talking to Gaga the first time. You get the perma pair by talking to him after you've gotten all the other perma versions of the Agent equips.

Cape - Talk to Agent P in the HQ.

You can access the Agent HQ by talking to Agent E.
Gloves = Agent O/Mini-dungeons.
Overalls = Agent C/Speed Test.
Cape = Agent P/1,000 Mesos.
Tube = Agent W/Watermelon Quests.
Earpiece = Agent C/Party Quests.
Hat = Agent M[eow] or K[itty]/Boss PQ.

You forgot the gloves.

Glove - Get 100 Special Agent Badges from the mini dungeons. Spending 30 minutes upon entering a mini dungeon will get you 1 Special Agent Badge. You have to come back out then go back in to get more. (50 hours for perma gloves, 5 hours for temp ones)

As for the Boss Rush one, you don't actually have to beat it. Just accumulate enough points. It becomes not worth it around Manon/Griffey and such, since those guys have millions of HP and lots of pain for little reward (27 points for Pianus, the last one, I think)

You get a Level 50 version of the overall, Ultimate Agent Suit. It gives +3 to all stats on average. I also believe you cannot get another one if you drop it. :f6:
