Karma Scissors Agent N's Receiver?

I was wonder if you could karma scissor the "Agent N's Receiver?" Cause I scrolled a nice one and was hoping to karma scissor to my lvl 30 mage, but wasn't sure if it works or not. =/ I don't want to waste the 3k nx if it ends up not working.

No you can't. If it doesn't say "you may use Karma Scissors on this item to make it tradeable (1) time" in the item description then you can't use them

And that scissorable text is automatically triggered by scissorability and not added manually, so it's not Nexon'd-able.
