since i already got every item possible "perma overall,shoes,earring,hat,glove"

except for agent cape....which is by far unobtainable

I doubt it, it must be a quest that is yet to be activated, like the pre-KoC quests coming up in a couple of weeks.

KMS and JMS. They didn't say how long, just that the quest shows up later on in the event. So just wait and see.

In JMS, some people got the cape on the first day of the event.

We never had the tube part of the quest.
