Req. to get Regular/Crystal Altaire earrings?

What might the requirements to get them be?

For the normal ones you need 20 stones from the PQ and at least a B rank. For the Crystal ones you need 30 of the stones and an A rank.

for glitter do you need the normal ones too?

How do you get these stones >-<

You get one every time you complete a PQ.

To get both in total, you need 50 fragments and 40 successful pqs.
