7th day market lightbulb

Issue/Problem/Bug: The 7th day open tomorrow quest lightbulb works based on client time (so you get the lightbulb when your computer reaches saturday) but you get an error trying to complete the quest before saturday server time

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:An error occurs when trying to complete the quest before saturday server time, thus preventing you from getting rid of the lightbulb. It's very annoying especially for those people that are several hours ahead of maple time and get that lightbulb for hours each week.

Already a Bug Report of this bug. Even though it's from 0.70 I think we're not supposed to put a new thread after every patch if it hasn't been fixed. :p
