Items required for reverse armors?

Does anyone know the items required to make the reverse armors? Overall,gloves,shoes etc.

x amount of High-Grade Monster Crystal 2 (level 111 ~ 120), x amount of High-Grade Monster Crystal 3 (level 121 ~ 130), 15 Time Fragments and x amount of whatever color Magic Powder your desired material requires.

How easy is it to find time fragments after msea increased the chances of dropping? and are they tradeable?

I have no idea about MSEA. In JMS, I found about 15 or so after completing all of the Time Temple quests. Yes, they are tradeable.

They're still pretty rare here in MSEA, though it's better than no increase
