Karma Scissors + Tree Branch Nose

Im just wondering would I be able to use a karma scissor on it? It doesn't say like zakum helmet.

In order to use Karma Scissors on an item, the item must explicitly state that the Scissors can be used.

For other items though, they could specifically add that feature later. No chance for tree branch nose though since it's a glitched item.
