2x Drop

Does 2x Drop double the amount of mesos dropped, or the rate of mesos dropping?

So does event and family 2x drop only double the rate of mesos dropping?

I know event doesn't. Fairly sure Family doesn't either.

EVENT & FAMILY: Doubles the rate of mesos dropping
CARD: Doubles the rate of mesos dropping AND doubles mesos dropped
