Final Fantasy XIII: Fabula Nova Crystallis
#1
Why is there no topic on these games? Seriously, they're fucking epic.

There are 3 games in Fabula Nova Crystallis.

1 is Final Fantasy XIII itself, which is for Xbox 360 and PS3, then there's Versus XIII which is for Playstation 3 at the time, and then There's Agito XIII, which is PSP exclusive.

Here are some trailers:

 Final Fantsy Versus XIII

 Final Fantasy XIII

I haven't looked into Agito yet, but I don't care enough to do so, either.

The timeline for Versus takes place before FFXIII iirc, and these are the very reason why i like my playstation items Rolleyes Nintendo was a dumbass for breaking ties with Square all those years ago.

Here is the FFXIII Agito Video. Looks amazing. I imagine it'll be one of the last games to be released for the PSP.

For FFXIII Versus I guess the battle style will be like Crisis Core?

One of the last games? very doubtful, the PSP itself has only been thru half its life cycle, and with the PSP Go! Coming, there may be a small revamp of PSP games coming. The main reason the PSP was not doing so well the limitations that the UMD platform had with it, and with the Go! lots of the problems get solved. I know ill be getting a PSP Go! as soon as they are out and i sell my original 1000. Ill just have to download the games at my dads or at school. And buying them should be cheaper since there is no more UMD for it, and if its the same price, more devs should make games since they may be able to gain more profits from the UMDless Go!.

The point is... Will PSP games be compatible with the new Go? I don't think it will become a GBA SP if you know what I mean.

Yes and no, iirc, the current list of PSP games, or at least a big chunk, will be re-released thru the PSN for download to play on the Go! (hence the 16GB internal HD). Hopefully, they will make it so that you can either redownload for free once you have the max amount of space used, or allow you to load them onto an PC or portable HD.

No, they abolished battle menus. It's going to be like Kingdom Hearts, except a little bit different.

Here's how Kingdom Heart's battle system looks like :

Really? I have played Crisis Core once but I don't remember it being like this...

Might be because the last time I touched Crisis Core was a year ago.

Well, in CC you play your character in realtime and you switch the commands with the shoulder buttons. :f6:
