I once tried farming dark cloud foxtails for the Showa EQ to attempt for a BWG, but didn't come up with anything unluckily.
I'm wondering, since it's not a monster drop, if getting a BWG has the same chance as the other rewards? There's 13 possibilities, so does that mean the chance for a BWG is 1/13? Or does the particularly good rewards have a lower chance at being received? What's your experiences?
(If it is the latter, I'm sure it applies to all EQ's.)
It might all come down to luck, yes, but you need less luck in order to get something with a 1/13 chance than a 1/50th, etc, chance.

As far as I know, the BWG was removed from our EQ.

I'm quite sure it's the latter, they wouldn't make good items have the same chance of being found as crappy ones.

is correct; look at solid horns in Orbis - the chance of getting a fairy wing is far less than the chance of getting 20 mana elixirs.

But yeah seriously, if Orbis EQ is any indicator of EQ prize rarity, you're going to spend a LOT of time killing yourself over those Fox Tails to get the BWG. I mean, coming from an old EQ log I made back in the old days, 50 EQs with jr. yeti skins got me 1 scroll. Just 1 measly scroll.

Is that a mistake? Or did nexon seriously dislike the idea of us getting a gach item anywhere outside of gach? Those are ridiculous odds...

They should just make a new NLC exchange quest for the lulz....
or at least give this one like 100 exp or 100 mesos or something other than pots for your troubles. at least the orbis one gives exp =(

Didn't know that YACs and Pink Bandanas are of more value then Brown WGs. Guess I could trade in my 500 pomades.

oh. Knowing my luck, the closest I'd get would be a Pink Bandana or Takoyaki, which I have tons of on a mule.

Wasn't aware that boss's pomade gave BWG's. Still not going to hunt them, as those are even harder to collect.
