Maker skill

Is it wise to wait untill Maker comes out and then upgrade your weapon? Because I heard you can improve the base stats on the weapon or something..and it'll be easier to find clean crossbows. anyway, is it worth it? Or should I upgrade now (I finally have the money to)

Uhh... Sounds random, but Maker is already out in MSEA. I'm gonna get it tomorrow, anyone has any idea on what the quests requires you to do to level it to 2 and 3? I know for getting it you have to go see Hughes in Orbis Tower or something.

I'm just buying scrolls. Scrolled weapons are going to drop in price a bit.
