Anyone figured out what causes it yet?
It's rather annoying. I don't think I've gone a single training session at skeles without having it happen.

Details, man, details!
I haven't had any special d/cs that were specifically caused by skeles or the associated maps.

The only time i was doing unusual was when i was checking my family tree. Other times it was as i was getting hit, or using meteo. One time i just JUMPED and got DC'd for no reason.

I don't know what causes it but I go out of the dungeon every 15 min to try to prevent it. It's a pain and doesn't always work but it's better than losing family/party buffs.

It always seems to happen after killing a rather large mob to me, though a friend thinks it's similar to the AR DC in activation.

I and many others DC often at the skele mini dungeon (and possibly other skele maps) with no apparent cause or reason. I pretty much never DC anywhere else, and it happens to a lot of people. The game just exits to the title screen randomly.
If you've ever trained in AR, the same thing happens as the AR DC.

Being a Paladin, I've never trained there much, and I've never got the AR DC. I do know what it is though.
If it is anything similar to the AR DC, just don't jump and you should be fine. (though that is probably wrong xD)

What're you guise talking about? I've trained eight hours straight in those dungeons on my Shadower and not once have I D/Ced.
But then again, on my Buccaneer I'd D/C every now and then, though that's probably just because I abuse the no-delay when in S.Transform.

If you've ever trained in AR, the same thing happens as the AR DC. The difference for me is that the AR DC seems to be linked to when you take damage as youre swimming up. I think it has to do with possibly exceeding the max speed or something. Not sure, thats just a guess.
The skele DC doesnt seem to have anything pinned to it.
And oh trust me, i know the Aqua DC >_> I dunno how many times i died at skeles logging back in because nexon is too god damn stupid to realize that mages need MG to live, and they put the spawn points where you get hit >_>

Yeah, what causes the AR DC is at least known somewhat, but I can't figure out what does it at skeles.
I had originally speculated that it's related to the auto DC thing when too many of a monster were killed in a certain period of time in the same spot, but I've had friends DC after killing single skeles so I'm not sure.

Well, I never get the Skeles d/c, and I barely move in the Skeles minidungeon (I'm a leeching HS mule for friends, lol). So maybe, like the Aqua d/c, it has something to do with movement?
I'll ask around since I know several of my alliance-mates are really upset with this one.
All the same, last time I was in the Skeles minidungeon, I was with a 150 Hero for about an hour and a half, and neither of us d/ced. Since he was basically soloing the whole map, he was moving and jumping (and jump-attacking) a lot...
EDIT: Anyone check whether it's related to Vista? I have XP.
EDIT2: At least one of the bot checks doesn't d/c in the Skeles minidungeon, because I have been buff-too-many-times-on-the-same-rope bot checked there with no problems.

Not only skeles for me. Even in FM, I lag enormously, BUT NOT THE REST OF THE PEOPLE. Weird sensation. Half the map doesn't get to load, while to other has everyone acting as if I didn't move from the original spot, with everyone talking, moving, etc. I even lag on the chat, and obviously, skills too.
Quite ridiculous at some times. The hour I spent at newties (not minidungeon) with a friend, I didn't lag a single time. Well, before I started, I dced like mad a couple of times, but you get the idea. Maybe it has to do with jumping, or too many people in the map, or something.
EDIT: I'm a hermit, and I use Vista.

I think it does have to do with moving/attacking. The general consensus seems to be that most physical attackers dont have an issue, but mages do. (Figures <_<). Might be a damage issue of some sort. I dont even 1hk skeles though (dmg range is about 64-80k), or at least not more than like... .04% of the time or something low like that.

Not sure if it's the same issue, Alloy.
I'm using XP for MS.
EDIT:
Well, I'm a Paladin. It doesn't happen nearly as frequently to me as to my normal training partner (NL) or a shadower friend, though. Maybe once every 3 hours?

Just throwing it out there:
in KMS, the minidungeons will occasionally "Lie Detector" you to check if you're botting. It will occur at a random point (But generally not in the first 15 or so minutes) and ask you to type a word. Unfortunately for me, it asked for Korean in KMS, so it meant I'd get sent back to town every time, thus rendering the minidungeons useless to me.
Could it be that the skelegon minidungeon is trying to call this Lie Detector script, failing, and disconnecting people?

I agree. Theres a simple way to test too.
Someone who constantly dc's, would you mind going into a mini dungeon, but instead of traditional "barely moving" ultimate spam. Either cycle the map and cast it, or just for a change, train with your summon+(CL || Paralyze || AR). If you don't disconnect while moving all over the map, we may have found the issue.

wow that's probably exactly the problem, though if it is, I don't always understand why nexon constantly causes these types of issues to occur by missing these things.

I'm pretty sure the bot check happens regardless of how you are training.
This seems like a pretty reasonable guess. I haven't gone a full length of time at skeles without dcing at least once (almost always reset it after the first hour or so for whatever reason).

Supposedly doom has something to do with it. I haven't tested this out though. It's just what I read at another forums.
