Ludi PQ prize fixed?

I cant even form any parties in bello or yello for lpq, so yea... Anyone know if this pqs been fixed?

(I completed the PQ; note the best time. Signpost still acts like I didn't complete, too.)

well my friend got the OPQ gloves but... you need rank A for OPQ which is around 85-100
