Problem Installing Maple

Ok, I've talked to a few of you on IRC about this problem, but unfortunately we havent been able to find a solution. I have to re-DL Maple just about every patch, so no big Im used to it, but when I went to re-DL it for the Feb/March patch(Dont quite remember which) I got these error messages.(See below) At this time I had been trying to install from my C: Drive. This week I deleted the .66 installer and DL'd the new patch(this time in My Documents) figuring b/c I installed Mabinogi from the same place just last week Maple should install just fine right? WRONG! Still get the same message as before. If any of you have an idea on what I can do to make the installer work it'd be greatly appreciated. However, note tht you might have to talk in simpler terms than usual
