Weird MP boost?

been wondering ever since i levelled.

just levelled a few days ago from lv 147 to level 148.. however, the MP increase was just so ... pathetic... anyone well versed in MP increase per level can help enlighten me perhaps?

yes, i did use the search function and i found this formula from LazyBui's thread:

22-24 + (2 * Improving Max MP Increase level +Total INT/10)

My improving max mp increase is maxed at level 10.

So, the supposed mp increase was supposed to be (lets take worst case scenario):

22 + ( 2 * 10 + 965/10 ) = 22 + 20 + 96.5 = 138.5

but look at this ss



i only gained 87 mps?

did i do some calculation error / did i misunderstood something, or is there really a problem here?

Looks like you lost some HP gear in there somewhere - maybe you unequipped a MoN? That would be appx 300 less MP, then add in w/e your gain was.

There's no way he gained 385 mp in one level. But yeah, it's probably because you took off some equips that give MP or something.

You're right, but the general meaning of what I said obviously got accross
