New PQ Equips

So it seems all the cool PQ equips have finally been released (IE. Piece of Rice Cake on the Head, Slime Slippers, etc.)

Which should mean that the Goddess' Wristband and the LPQ Glasses should be out too. I was wondering if anyone had the stats for these items and the way to obtain them.

I know that you get the Rice Cake Hat by bringing 20 Rice Cakes to the NPC and the Slime Slippers drop from King Slime. But I'm mainly questioning the other two. (Especially the glasses.)

The cracked glasses give +1 to each stat & +20 HP/ MP.
It got 3 slots & is an eye accessory.

A quick google search says the glasses are from LPQing 35 times. Unconfirmed in GMS though.

As if it wasn't already bad enough I missed out on so many quests due to PQs... Now I can't get an awesome Eye Accessory. This is so messed up... I want those glasses.
