248kish, and no. That number was based directly on the 100k damage cap, so it should be doubled as well.

Snipe damage cap got raised, FINALLY! Greg also reports that the same is for Assassinate.

if it got raised, now i regret not maxing it

with 20secs cooldown and dmg cape raised, HH will be a genesis-kinda skill for paladin
