Does doing 999k on Empress guarantee absolute knockback and no DRs and attacks?

Jz saw a vid of a phantom soloing empress doing 999k dmg, knocking her back constantly so much so that she has no dr, no summons and whatever.

Now the question is, would a mercedes doing 999k on Empress be able to solo her by pinning her to 1 corner? say on the right side? without DRs, tornado,...

It's not even 100% 999k either, yet people constantly tell me only 100% 999k can pull that off.

From what I read, you have to constantly be moving her while KBing. The reason why it's easier for Phantoms to do this, because they can move while using Mille.

I was under the impression it only worked with Mille for whatever reason.

Actually if you look at the vid from 10:30 onwards, the empress is pinned to the left all the way without moving.

In theory it seems that 2 mercedes doing 999k (not 100% of the time) can pin her to the left and keep her in a state of knockback.

attack speed seems to be pretty important too
