Additionally, they're making the DS version backwards incompatible with the DS and 3DS. They have the technology.

But seriously, you won't be able to play it on iOS devices that haven't upgraded to at least iOS 4.

i.e. any device that would be cheap and efficient to buy at your local Gamestop for under 60 dollars.

The new main character of the expansion and/or TWEWY 2, no doubt. Perhaps its further along in development than we knew.

Until I see otherwise, I'd say it's almost certainly an iOS game though, as depressing as that is.
