The real reason why they are considered really strong: a combination of escapability and burst to win the early game and come out on top. Why aren't Tristana and Caitlyn in consideration? Caitlyn doesn't really have the burst levels the ADC trinity have (and somewhat poor late game), and Tristana's escape is for one or the other purpose (and it has a bad delay too).

Ezreal and, to a less extent, Graves don't have as much carry potential as some other ADCs. But that doesn't stop them from facerolling people late game.

Late game I think those 3 excel the most because they can reposition themselves the best which is absolutely key in competitive play. All that damage doesn't help if you get caught out of position and die.

Late-game he falls off hard compared to say Kog or Trist, but his early and mid is just ridiculous compared to other carries (also why Cait is a less common pick since she shines at the same time as Graves, but he does it better).

With the meta slowly moving towards a more aggressive early game and taking objectives early and snowballing fast (Azubublaze from korea, TSM slowly adapting it from what I've seen), champs such as caitlyn and MF could make a comeback. Even sivir as well. Late game champs such as vayne got shut down in MLG summer arena because the enemy team moved the game so fast that it did not allow vayne the time to farm and reach late game status.

I don't like how I always see ezreal/graves/corki in tourney play but those 3 are what excel the most in our current meta. Since riot doesn't make champs that cater to the meta, I don't think they'll rework any of the old champs too heavily besides increasing/decreasing stats/CDs. If anything they'll probably change some major aspect that makes almost all ADCs viable in some way again.

And L>support bufs too :x Or supporting slightly more interactive instead of babysitting mostly

Speaking of azubu blaze... they ran a flippin support jayce earlier and wrecked pretty good in lane using him.

MF won't be making a comeback any time soon in an aggressive support meta since she's a passive laner like Ashe. Cait could potentially make a comeback since she has traps and does have a solid early and mid-game, but MF won't be coming back since she has such a terrible aggressive kit.

I don't think there's ever been a time where all ADCs have been viable though. As far as I can remember, there's always been a couple that just do everything better. (Ashe was OP because of all that utility anyone?)

Too bad the last change to supports they made so that bot would be a more active lane rather than a farm fest. :/

MF + Janna? Unless the enemy is a kill lane as well, MF lanes should try and push hard on any passive laners e.g. ashe. The early game damage she has is really strong and her Q can chunk hard if used correctly.

Last year at Dreamhack I'm pretty sure all AD carries were used since at that time Graves didn't exist and Sivir was barely considered a champion.
