I'm sure I'm not the only one that has noticed this, but normal hilla would seem to have the same drop table as zakum minus a few exclusive things. They're all listed in Zakum's monster book card.
Would you say Hilla would have the same drop rate as normal zak in terms of dropping stuff like skill books, recipes, and necro weapons?

We've known this for a long time now. She has the same drop rate.

I've gotten the resistance potion recipe from normal mode Hilla when it's only supposed to drop from Zak, VL, HT, and Cygnus so i would assume so.

Hilla'd because apparently she drops amazing things
