Well it's clear both the eyes (kakashi/tobi's) match, the question lies on whether it's obito or if his eye was stolen. I'd be rather distraught if it was like a sibling of obito, as it was never previously mentioned, but from the translations I saw, it's really weird how he talks about kakashi always at the grave and etc.

Well... there is one other who could be. He has a reason to fight Konoha, he lost both of his eyes so getting Obitos eye could be reasonable. He knew Itachi well, and we never actually saw him die. Could it be?

oh I was talking to the middle part of his statement (the part with getting Obito's eye from his corpse). Hence the "the body may be too damaged to get the eye out".

Well, Tobi did said himself that he took it from the place Obitos corpse was. I would definitely like it more Shusui than Obito. Would add something more significant to Itachi and Sasuke.

Lol it's actually pretty hard by now but oh well. And no guys, Kishimoto wont switch to another fight yet. First he will give tobi and the others a monologue that takes the whole next chapter,then ends with everyone astonished watching Tobi's face but it not actually showing. then he switches fights.
