How do I complete the Red Leaf High math quiz room?

I can't do basic math, this quest must be bugged.

The math quiz room is great imo. They didn't add it to "educate" you. It's to stop bots and happens to fit into the theme of school.

If you get something like 18 + 42 x 22 + 42, take the "42 x 22" part and imagine it as 42 x 20, which is easily 840, then the other part is 42 x 2, which is 84; 840+84 = 924, add 60 to that and you get 984.


......or, if you don't want to think, just use calculator and do the multiplication part before the addition part.

The only issue I have with this room, is whenever I do RLH I always forget that such room exists.
Enter math room -> FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF -> run to bedroom to find phone for calculator
Alt tabbing is not an option for me :p

haha I'm so used to using a calculator, i completely forgot about math tricks like that xD And by"used to calculators" I mean "I haven't done simple math is so fricken long that I need to use a calculator in order to maximize my time."
