Well, as I said, think of it more like a skill for slaying boss summons, like the flying stone summons at Zakum. That's why it has a cooldown of only 8 seconds, you can use it more often then the other hyper skills.

Considering that it is a 3000% ultimate capable of dealing up to 30mil damage in 1 cast (3mil cap) every 8 secs, I consider that pretty darn good. Will definitely kill off c/zak arms faster.

Seems generous enough to me for a free upgrade compared to other things Nexon has added.
With the 8 points you could have def+500, crit rate +10%, dex+50, maxhp+15%,Ishtar range+40, Ishtar damage+20%, plus the new attack and one of the other active buffs.
Much better than the hardly noticeable gains from the character card system, or having to grind hard for a tiny chance at a decent bonus from the Aswan system.

Not according to orangemushroom broskie's blog. It doesnt have any slots, ie. no potential. So not entirely OP, but would be the perfect weapon for a poor person, though i don't see a poor person defeating this boss ever.

Eh, only 250atk? Not really worth the lack of potential IMO. Perfect 2h Empress Sword is 187, 191 with one AEE. Considering 6-7 stars seems to be the average for KMS, least from what I've noticed, that's still 213 or 218 attack.

Granted it's a whole different ballgame in KMS, but the lack of potential really hurts, especially since weapon potential can, and probably will, easily outweigh the attack difference.

As someone already mentioned, it's a great weapon for people without a lot of mesos it just really depends on the pricing of said weapon(s).

i believe it says -untradeable- on it, meaning that you can't even sell it.

So, it's only a good weapon for Kaisers, Heroes, and Paladins who don't spend any money on the game, who won't be able to beat Magnus in the first place?

Meh, I actually think the original 400PAD was fine. I mean, it has none of the overpowered potentials, no scrolls, and not even EE (I think you can't use EE on items with no slots?). Given how Attack is way less relevant than it was before with all of the new skills, buffs and stuff (after using Warrior Elixir, Mu Gong's Elixir, +30 ATT and +60 ATT dojo buffs for a total of 132 extra ATT, my damage is still not 50% higher than original rate), 400 doesn't seem too high at all. Especially when it comes from a near-impossible boss, is equip-tradeblocked and requires level 150 with 999 STR (my level 150 unfunded Paladin has about 1070 STR, so 999 might actually limit some people with no gear).

I don't think the new weapon will be of any good use, unless it's raised to 400 attack, or at least get the +200 all stats again... Or maybe something special, like part of a set bonus, or a critical rate boost. Not sure. But I don't find the weapon appealing as it is, and would rather stick to my crappy 123 attack sword. Also note that the weapon has Normal(6) attack speed.

almost all 2handed swords are normal 6 so hows that bad
