I'm planning on temporarily re-rolling Mikhail (my current plan is to switch to Kaiser and to just keep Mikhail around as something to do, but who knows?). Aside from the whole making Cygnus Knights worthless and the awkward promise of 4 other Cygnus instructor classes eventually, Mikhail really isn't such a blight now that he's not just a better version of heroes and paladins.

I think he is saying that the NX he was saving to buy Phantom gear was spent on other things because he gave up waiting for it. Thus, he needs to buy more NX to buy the gear now that it has been released.
