I was just hoping pirates would get the other half of the "goggles of counter attack" that came with the thief/pirate revamp in KMS.

Shouldn't there be a new silent crusade belt in there to match the new pendant? Probably shoulders, too, if the new ones are one time movable.

If you look at the v112 Extractions, There's 2 Goggles of Counterattack, One of them has a bonus for thieves, one has a bonus for Pirates. That's how it worked in KMS anyways.
