Relationship between nebulite slots and innocence scrolls?

I recall there was something about this, but I don't remeber the details. I think it was either:

A) Can't use innocence scrolls if the item have a nebulite slot.
B) Can't use innocence scrolls if the item have a nebulite mounted.

There is a thread on Basil that claims the scrolls work even on an item with a mounted neb, but I thought I'd see if anyone here have any experience with it.

I've never tried it myself, so I can't confirm, but from what I heard you can't use an innocence scroll on an item that has a nebulite MOUNTED. Again, I've never seen proof of this myself, so take it with a grain of salt.

Yea, it's the latter; I believe you're able to innocence empty socketed items.

A while back i tried to innocence my ring that had a 1% luk neb on it and it wouldnt work.
I used a diffuser to get rid of the nebulite, and it still didnt work.
It was a few patches back though, so they might have fixed it.

You can innocence scroll anything. I innocence scrolled my CHTP a little while back when it had a 2% Int Nebulite on it and it worked.
