Dr. Pepper fails horribly.

Dr. Pepper in order words is about to get pwned.

The lawyer of Guns'n Roses is suing the company of Dr. Pepper for leaving many customers with un-loading pages to their site for the promotion. Guns'n Roses lawyer said if they do not extend the promotion for a much longer time and if they do not publicly say sorry in the LA Times, Wall street journal and other information sources, they will sue the corporation.

It started out as a fun little promise, but Guns'n Roses took it as a serious problem when they used their name in a bet they didn't fulfill.
