Potion Usage Options?

Right now I'm using orange and blue potions, but they are slow to recover now that i have 1k hp and 678 mp (lvl 30 xbowman), whats the most efficient cost vs recovery potion I could use from lvl 30+?

Supreme Pizzas for both HP and MP.
Hot Dogs if you're training in a HP heavy place. |
