V114 Patch notes:
Cygnus' voice has been updated in the Phantom video in which she appears.

Not sure if already posted, but. I like the change a lot more.

Previous voice was basically a mans voice.

New voice is a frail girl voice.

I approve.

I don't like the sound she makes when she smiles, it seems overacted. Other than that it's much better and much more fitting considering the empress' age and personality.

lol the voice change kind of reminded me of winx club when musa's voice was suddenly switched to a rougher/coarser voice.

KMS still has a more delicious cygnus voice.
