Used more than 100 circulators from Ranks 10-7 (and one Rank 2).
Got only one different than C, an A INT and LUK increase. :|

I got (A) Normal Monster Damage Increase (6% damage to normal monsters)

I've gotten rank S attack speed +1 from using a rank 6 circ. It really helps a lot, now my Drk can hit the speed cap without SI.

Used a lvl 7 circ and got a S rank +14% damage to towers

[Rank S] Dex and Int Increase +39INT, +19DEX, Rank 8 circulator
[Rank S] Str and Luk Increase +37STR, +19LUK, Rank 7 circulator

I got a few rank A/Bs with 5% damage on normal and 4% additional damage on monsters inflicted with debuff too, but I don't remember what the rank was 100%.

Starting to think that your honor level adds to the amount and quality of different abilities you can have, the circulator increases the chance to get higher "level" for your ability, and the "level" of the ability shows up as the rank on it.

so far these are all the numbers i've gotten then, and they all match with what i think, keep bringing em.

i got S rank 370 (iirc) avoid f4

[B] INT and LUK Increase, INT+12, LUK+6, Rank 2 circulator
[B] DEX and STR Increase, DEX+14, STR+7, Rank 2 circulator

Ive gotten A rank Accuracy(140 i think..?), used a rank 4 circulator and got 3 dex 1 str C rank.

From a Rank 9 circulator: S rank - "When hit with a magical attack, damage equal to 8% of Weapon DEF is ignored"

31 LUK 16 INT S-rank. My cousin got it, not me, but it should've been with either a Rank 10 or 9 circulator as his honor level is only 16. I can grab a screenshot for you tomorrow for vailidity if you'd like.

Well, if you wanna know what I think, though I haven't put much data together, I'm thinking something along these lines:

Rank	Max Level: 10	Max Level: 20	Max Level: 30	Max Level: 40
C	-	-	-	1-10
B	-	-	1-10	11-20
A	-	1-10	11-20	21-30
S	1-10	11-20	21-30	31-40

Where x-y is the level range available at that rank.

Level 8 circulators: S rank +14% avoid, A rank +24% buff duration

Level 7 circulator: S rank +9% damage to normal monsters

Don't have any info on the rate I was getting ranks above C, sorry!
