Severe server lag?

Well I thought it was just me, but looking at basil it's everyone.

This is what MS is doing for me: Freezing in spikes that come every 5-10secs. Spikes can be anything from 1 second lag to the whole client crashing. I tried to relog after d/c, but the lag was so severe that MS literally jammed my whole computer before I closed it.

I was wondering if this is related to hackers or multiclient bug

Well to be honest black cipher seems to the best and most efficient tool they've used thus far. By not letting anyone play they take away hacking 100%. Pretty top notch if I don't say so myself

Yea this has become an issue for me and some other people I know starting today, causes your whole computer to stutter, not just maple.

If you open up the task manager during a lag spike, you'll see that Cipher's usage goes up significantly. I've had it go up to 45% during one of my spikes. I set it to low priority and gave it one processor (versus all of them). Doesn't stop the lag spikes, but they're less severe and less often.

When I try to set the priority on it, it says I don't have permission to do so o-o
