Oh wait, it's sold at WeLoveFine? Incoooming Pony Swag to add! Apparently the Wallet and this Decal (picture later...I feel hungover to look for it.) are sold at Hot Topic as well, but eh. Why not? (I cross-referenced with the site, and they have NO trace of the wallet. However, I could be wrong. There's also a Dashie/Pinkie GIRLS hoodie for sale...What, no boys one? PFFT. Fine. Just Kidding. As I could be wrong, they're updating the site as I'm editing/typing this out. Certain things just showed up when they wren't there. So, I'll check back during the week.)
And APPARENTLY, someone is eyeing it for me. I don't know who, I don't know when, how, or why. I guess they're gonna pass it off as their present to me when I head back to school in roughly two weeks. Buck.
I rather have the shirt De Lancie had at Bronycon during his panel.
Classic's (Quite Intriguing) Story #9 and #10: The Interview Meets G3.5-, and The "Howard Stern" Fallout Redux: Tara Warns the Cloppers. (Serious.)
#9:...okay, it's not crazy, but it's quite...interesting.
So, at comic con, people managed to corner the head of Hasbro, Stephen Davis, and the interview was short, but of course, the first question was: FiM.
He also addresses other toys of Hasbro. Hey, Hasbro isn't made up of FiM, ya know.
#10:Is a picture. To correctly understand why she's tweeting that, watch the video I posted back a page. I know Shidoshi couldn't stand 1 minute, but to understand why she's tweeting such a thing (Especially to Cloppers, the supposed "bane" of FiM's existence....) you have to watch the whole 12mins.
I'm sorry, but that's the only way, I'm not gonna sugar coat this.
By the way, that QTF44C thing is supposed to be a heart. [Sighs and removes glasses] Where has this fandom gone? Oh that's right.
We may stand united, but with such infighting, it's gonna tear the basis of this fandom to utter Flame War, and boom, the fandom is gone. The Rule 34's, 63's, Humanizers (like me.), Transgenders, etc, etc, they love the show as much as we do, but how they express it...is just completely unorthodox.
And what really boggles my mind sometimes is that we're a unorthodox fandom, fighting about people doing unorthodox things whiten the fandom. That's just their way of expressing how much they love the show...to the point where they would draw ponies doing..."things of which I can't explain because of ToS.", but it's still a form of expression....just...for mature audiences with that kind of taste.
I am 220% (Double of 100%+20%) sure I am missing something here. I am EXTREMELY SURE. But, I digress, that's my Two Bits.
Seriously though, this has got to stop. Or else we're gonna end up dragging another innocent VA down with us. Could be Liberman, Lancie, Fraust, Bell, Oliver...Who knows. I think we all don't want that...Do we.

Other than that, I'm tracking down this interview video with only Germain, on her thoughts about the fandom and her first Pony panel...anyone who can beat me to it gets all my bits again.
...because I have a lot more.

We've had flame war after flame war, which is half the reason I stay off of Ponychan and /mlp/. We have infighting all the time. Mic's whole thing with Y@C comes to mind, as does the whole 'Should human Twilight be portrayed as black' thing. Bronies can just as bad as the rest of the internet we all came from, they just hide it better. I also don't really think R63 and Humanizer's are a problem; they're different sure, but rarely a problem. R34 is something every fandom has, they just really try to hide it. And I don't wan't to 'put a stop' to anything. Limiting creative expression doesn't help anyone.
I don't think we've really dragged Tara down anywhere. She makes a valid point; John Jesco, Braeburned, Slugbox, and their fans probably should not be the people we have talking to the mainstream media (again, Stern barely qualifies).
I've seen tons of people leave the fandom due to infighting, and I'm not a fan of it. Bronies can go on about L&T all they want, but seriously, we aren't all that great at is on a whole. We just end up making ourselves look bad. If you don't like something, just say 'it's not for me' and move on.

What do I think about what? Regardless of what group you are part of, you don't go to the media, identify yourself as a representative of that group and then describe your sexual behavior in detail. It has nothing to do with hating on cloppers or not, hell I'm really close to guys who write clopfiction, draw and/or appreciate erotic pony art on ponychan.
The people who hate cloppers are silly, it's nobodies business what excites you and what you do in private, be it ponies or other forms of fetishes.

Just real quick as another point; based on things Stern has done in the past, I'm pretty sure he asked his staff to find the weirdest, worst example of the fandom he could find. Taking to Sethisto or the Brony Show or whatever about how the show actually has really amazing writing and animation isn't going to make for interesting radio. Stern is not a reputable media source, but he still has listeners, and they want something to be outraged about. It's not civil discourse on the unique art, music, fanfiction animation, games and videos we make, it's a exciting news story about how 20-something autistic males pleasure themselves to pornographic drawings of little girls cartoons.
He knows that they aren't representative, and he doesn't give a pomegranate.

What Tara said is nothing new, really. Sethisto himself had made a post a looooooong while back when the fandom was new on how to appear in front of media.
The video wasn't that surprising anyway, bad publicity on bronies isn't new or exciting.

What was that about anyways?
About the dragging thing, idk, it's a personal thing, I should have never said that. But the fact we got a VA who's as highly aware of what goes on in the brony community as much as we do...I can't help but feel a little blamed...Ugh, I'm gonna look away from ponies for a bit...again. It's not that I'm saying "let them speak", but I feel guilty we brought someone that far.
@ Shidoshi Well, I joined the herd post season 1(Well, right around the time when "The Best Night Ever" aired) so thanks for bringing that up. I never knew that, however, I was highly aware of the show's existence before that because of my cousins. (Like I didn't mention them before /sarcasm.)

Lauren Faust and John de Lancie know just as much. It's no surprise really, there's porn of everything after all.

I wouldn't worry about it. Just play 'Smile' about 6 times on repeat, and you'll feel better.

The whole Mic and YAC thing involved YAC's girlfriend, who was asking for donations on her tumblr, for some reason or another.
Now this is nothing new, many artists have donate buttons, or have asked for donations. Whirly and the Night Guards's mod come to mind. As does Palette Swap's. For some reason though, Mic, Jackle and several others were all in a tizzy about how she was lying about stuff to get money, and that wasn't okay (in their words). YAC was, to be fair, being kind of a jerk about it. Reblogging, and even attacking people.
It kinda dragged everyone in for a bit, Rai, Tomb, Will, you name it. Everyone was taking sides, and then the whole thing just kinda blew over. I dunno. I hate being around drama. RO and Maple ruined drama for me.

How long have you been around the fandom Aircalibur421;? You seem to know quite a bit of inside stuff.
Me, Solarboy and IllegallySane joined around the same time, well Solarboy showed me the show, around when Feeling Pinkie Keen aired. We kinda went in different directions in the fandom after finding out about the show.

I saw it on /co/ way back when, but I didn't watch anything until about Winter Wrap Up; the song really kinda started a lot of, but I think 'Suited for Success' is where they really sold me. It didn't seem to interest me at first, but when /b/ mods get miffed about something, it's usually at least worth a look.
I wasn't really actively involved in the fandom until mid-june when I was out of class.

Eh, the Smile song isn't cutting it for me. I must be really distraught about this....[Sigh]
When I meant "Highly Aware" that means I have watched the episodes with them, but this is what sorta ran through my mind during season 1.
Hub's Release/FiM Parts 1/2:"Oh great, another one of these shows..."
First 5 Episodes:"Well, at least it isn't all about sparkles and crap."
Episodes 10~20:"Eh, the writing isn't that bad, who made some of these episodes?" [Finds out some were from the same writer from Foster's] "No wonder."
Episodes 21~26:[Researches On The Fandom] "Woah...looks like I'm not the only one..."
What got into the herd was "The Best Night Ever!", in which after I found out it was the season finale, I had to catch up to the fandom, AND the show itself, because I barely paid attention to the episodes sometimes.
As for my activity in the community, me and some other bronies do massive skype calls and livestreams for my Hawaiian Bronies...Even if we must wake up at 5~6am just to watch something like this. Mainly just for new episodes, Bronycon (This year was total hellfire...no pun intended.), and other stuff.
Personally, I swear I know barely next to nothing about the fandom, I just know bare facts.

Heh, funny how I had absolutely no idea MLP even existed until I was linked to the episodes around Feb2011, I was on /co/ a bit before and during the mass bannings then moved to ponychan. I was deeply into the fandom until near the end of S1, then distanced a bit from it. I don't know if I can say I'm back full force now, but I'm usually on steam chats with a certain group of ponychan regulars. I've dropped some of the more obsessive habits of the past though, no more downloading every single image, no more constantly checking EqD.
I've experienced the fandom in a LOT of different ways though, I've read fanfiction (sadfics, gorefics, shipfics, clopfics, happyfics, anything), fanart, videos, games, real life meet-ups, forums, chans, steam groups, pony merchandise, music, I don't think I've left many stones unturned when it comes to ponies.

I try to limit my checking of EQD to once per hour.
I've always been more of a lurker, so the banning spree only was mildly aggravating. I found /b/'s spree to be entirely uncalled for, and it's more or less the reason I haven't been back on 4chan recently. For a board that allows the junk they do... yeah.
My obsessive habits tends to stop right after images. I don't download everything, but I have a decent collection (plus all of the 'best of the best' ponibooru stuff that is taking hours to torrent). I'm not willing to buy tons of merch, but I'll make exceptions. I just don't have time to listen to everything, watch everything, read everything etc. I have a back folder of really good stuff for when I have time, but at the same time, it's not always particularly great stuff that gets on the front page of DeviantART or EQD.
Fun fact: Ponies are the only thing that got me on Fanfiction.net or DeviantART in 4 years.

Well, before I disconnect myself from ponies for a while, I just want to I apologize if I hit any nerves. Things like this I blow way out of proportion.
And since I need to stay on topic... The writer behind "Boast Busters" has joined the twitter leagues....(Or well, has been finally embraced by the community.)
Thanks to AKR for mentioning his hashtag.

LOOKS LIKE I CHECKED THIS THREAD JUST IN TIME. #1800 GET!
I skimmed what you guys said about feeling uncomfortable with some parts of the fandom. For me, I feel that some of those people are just unused to a fandom so huge. This unfortunately makes them quite inexperienced on what the hay you shouldn't be doing. I didn't watch the video about the cloppers, but I feel again these people do not understand the unwritten rules of almost every fandom.
As for what bugs me, there isn't too much in terms of normal stuff in the Pony fandom. The stuff that makes me tick though are creepy fetishists and fursonas *BUY SOME APPLES*ing with characters from the show; these make me wanna strangle em through the monitor. Somehow unsurprisingly, most of the creepy fetishists are also furries. I never really was into the furry fandom beyond their artwork; beyond that, I find many of them really weird and totally drama prone. Since some of them decided to troll Bronies with hateful/creepy fetish/distasteful artwork, it makes me facepalm hard at furries.
For the Pony fandom, I really don't see the fandom in trouble anytime soon. There are so many good Brony musicians/artists, then we have people who decide to do community service type work in the name of Bronies, the game makers, and just the sheer creativity of the community. For me, I had been contributing to the fandom by uploading ALL the pony episodes onto Youtube accounts so people outside the US can watch them. Sadly them would get taken down within about a month. I have made a 4th Youtube account, and am uploading all of Seasons 1/2 as we speak; I am up to Baby Cakes. Am hoping to get all of them up by tomorrow. I've been told to unlist the videos, and make a decoy Pony video that would contain all the links to the episodes. As a gauge on how many people watch the episodes when they were public, I was averaging 80k-100k views in total before that channel got nuked.
I understand there is infighting, but then what healthy fandom is without infighting? Older fandoms have it worse, such as Doctor Who. I read there are fans really divided between the old/new series, those who love only one incarnation of the Doctor and hate the others, etc etc. The Simpsons I read have it really bad, where as early as the Simpsons leaving the Tracy Ullman show and becoming their own series there were already butthurt people who declared the Simpsons (yes as early as the series premiere) RUINED FOREVER.
