Elemental Decrease and Elemental Staff

If I am a Evan and I use elemental decrease while equipping a elemental staff 7, will I still receive a damage decrease from using blaze or fire wheel?

Its total dmg not mg atk, a clean ew5 was worse then a clean streetlight on my stripped i/l for perspective, so the stronger you are the worse it is
that is as strong as a lv 64 maple weapon unless ur i/l or a bmage

ele weps are total dmg x1.1 or if wrong element total dmg x.75, and even then if it was magic atk you would have to account for mgatk from other sources

Take your damage range with the elemental staff. Multiply that by 75%. That is your damage range with that staff when using any poison, fire, or holy attacks.
