anyone else's phantom box dissapear?

I got my phantom box on july 9, when they started handing them out. I had it every time I logged onto the character I received it on.

I woke up today, logged on, and it was gone. No hat, no coins in my inventory. None of my other characters had it, nothing else was missing. Was I just hit by some really inconvenient glitch?

Yeah! I double clicked it and it dissapeared and then I got a hat, a letter and 20 renegade coins!
I want my polka dot box back
In all seriousness... I don't know. Have you tried to talk to the npc that it gave it to you the first time?

It worked on all 5 of my mules that I opened it on. Weird.
