Nautlius was a sleeper, so many didn't notice his potential...then tournaments came...

I dunno what's with everyone (not exclusive to sp.net peeps). Whenever I call out a champion being OP, people don't believe me. A couple weeks to a month later, they get nerfed for similar reasons that I've stated.

As fierce as she is relentless, Zyra uses the deadly vines and wild overgrowth of the Plague Lands as her weapons, planting seeds on the battlefield that spring to life into powerful allies. Decided to check out the LoL forums regarding Zyra. 90% of posts are "Dat ass" and "Omg so hot and sexy". seriously, people even saying that they will buy her "just for dat ass".
It's kinda sad.

At least those comments outnumber the ones coming from supposed feminists who believe that Zyra is degrading women and the game in general, planning full scale protests at Riot Games HQ.

R – The Living Forest (130, 120, 110 seconds) 150 Mana

Passive: Zyra regenerates .3/.6/1% of her max Mana every five seconds.

Active: Instantly heals all Flytraps within 2000 Range, and uproots them, giving them high mobility and promoting them two stages for 15/20/25 seconds. Uprooted Flytraps are uncontrollable, but prioritize champions and return to their previous locations to root if they survive the duration. Flytraps gain 10/25/35 (+15% AP) AD and 50% additional armor and magic resist for the duration of this effect.

Zyra also increases the ability power of herself and her teammates in range of the spell by 15/25/45 for the duration of the effect.

That ultimate sounds really, really fun.
I hope this isn't fake, but i can't imagine where they would have gotten the ability data from.

Doesn't this sound incredibely OP to anyone else? It's basically 5 super minions in teamfights, heimerdingers passive, morgana's w plus a powerful slow on it, target area morgana ultimate that roots for 3 seconds, auto attack steroid, half of tarics aura ultimate, mana regeneration mechanism. Sounds too overly complicated with all the actives/passives and well really OP. I'm calling fake on this one.

I kinda hope she can somehow revive or do something with the corpses of dead champions. It's really strange they added an icon on the mini map that shows where you died, because I don't really see the point for it currently, but with a champion that uses those corpses it seems more plausible. It also goes with the whole nature theme of rebirth?

I suppose if you are a person who doesn't pay much attention to the map during high tension situations or straight after a teamfight it can be quite useful for seeing where your allies have fallen so you can either jump in or avoid that danger zone.

If she has anything like that, the summons better be tanky or untargetable. Otherwise its just Heimer Turrets, and Heimer Turrets are no fun when they can be destroyed in an instant and target at random.

e: also im guessing the dead icons are for if someone dies on your team through a gank in the fog so you can see where the enemies were

I think that's an interpretation of the original plant-sprouting champion that never happened.
