Accessory Crafting Max Level - No Potted Items?

Ok so I'm the maximum level for accessory crafting in GMS, but it doesn't let me make potted items anymore. When I look it doesn't say Premium Rate "%" it's just blank.
Do I need to make a new account to make items or is there a way around this?

You can still get potential'd items, it just doesn't display the chances at level 10 crafting. Makes no sense, I know, but just the way it always has been.

Oh, alright. But do you know the chance of getting them at max level?
