Ok, so after getting to lv 40, I can talk about the early impressions.

Kaiser uses the regular attack like a skill, kinda like Aran, however, Kaiser doesn't consume MP when doing so.
All your skills are usable through action commands, but you can also use them without the commands.

Overall, Kaiser takes some time to get used to, it's like a DS and Aran hybrid. In my opinion he has WAY too many attacking skills.
