Are the Mastery Books that come out from the mystery book (55 coins one) tradeable or something? I've seen some people selling max level 30 books with 100% success rate in the FM today, are these obtained from those things? :O

Also, what about the other random job-specific ones (27 coins)?

The 55 coin ones are tradable and 100% (pretty sure). The 27 coin ones are tradable but normal %.

I believe the 100% lvl30 books come from the Neo City quest line.

The Neo City quest line doesn't give 100% books.
Also, the tradeable books are probably from Wheel of Marvel event.

Yup, those books. Nexon made the existing ones tradeable for the Wheel of Marvel event.
