Ticketing system no longer automated

Which might be kind of weird...but I'll try.

Ask to see his Cash history (if that still exists?).

Quote:Greetings,

I apologize for the delay in responding to your ticket and I thank you for reporting this issue. I understand that your account is missing NX that you did not spend. As a fellow gamer, I can relate to how this must be disappointing to you and I am sorry that you have had this experience.

Please be advised that I have finished investigating your issue and I have been able to verify your claim. As compensation for this issue, I will be crediting your account with the missing 32,531 NX. This NX should be available in your account within the next 7-10 business days. If you do not receive your NX within this time period, please submit a new ticket letting us know.

I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you, and I appreciate your understanding. Have a great day!

Sincerely,

GM Gimbal
Nexon America, Inc.

That seems like a personalized response...

I wonder if they're really busy? Could be why they're taking ages for my problem >;/

Read this thread, submitted a ticket about being hacked about 10 months ago (lol). Think they'll give me a straight answer? I have a screenshot of most of the items that were hacked and linked to them in my ticket. I also mentioned that I didn't previously submit a ticket because I expected a robot to answer me...

Think the net worth at the time was about $200 or so.

How would they take it this time?

Best they do is use me as a cube mule.

Be it cubes, gach, nebulites, mount gach...they will think of something to spend it on.

How do you get them to read your tickets?

I put a ticket under Game Related Bug Glitches and have not received a response (items loss due to Fredrick & Rollback not being timed to the same save-point in Late January 2012).

I wrote a ticket in January and it was closed by GM, telling me to keep an eye out for compensation.
Wrote another one a few months later stating there was no compensation announced.
Wrote another one June 7th when I heard they started doing stuff (Closed my previous one) and it still has not been read yet.

It was a legitimate issue and I had lost all items in my store. Can anyone please advise?

Thanks

Look at the first page and what I said to do.

Sorry for the late reply - but yes I have bumped my ticket on a Mon-Thurs. I actually went beyond referring to ticket #### and did both actually re-stating what happened plus referencing the ticket #. Thank you for the advice.

Note that this wasn't about getting hacked. It seems most of those tickets get answered (and are more common because, who else's NPC store would eat their items?).

P.S. How often should I bump it?

Just checked my inbox linked to my maple account to empty it of a few months worth of weekly pending support tickets.

Nexon finally responded to and closed my ticket (which was actually for something petty) but the response was personalized. I didn't bump it at all.

MIND BLOWN.

All this chit-chat about the improved ticket system getting my hopes up :| Relogged my ticket for like the third or fourth time since I was hacked long long ago (during the leak period), been checking up every day for the past two-three weeks and still no response.

How did Eos get a response with that ticket! Haha.

Finally got work in progress after bumping two times. Let's hope I get compensated!

To those who got compensated, how long did it take from "work in progress" to your compensation?

My ticket was never put as a work in progress. They just answered it. They didn't compensate me.

Mine's been work in progress for over a week now.

Resubmitted my ticket that was over my hacked account, and in less than a week, the old one was closed with the new one being worked on.

This is going good.

Random ass ticket on an account i dont care for, opened, worked on solution within 4 or 5 days.
Open ticket from months ago, closed reopened, bumped for a month now and still open.

When you reopened it, did you leave the first one open, and just submit a new ticket with the old tickets info?

No matter how many people say that Nexon is answering them and compensating; I'll never believe until I see it with my own very eyes.

I sent some problem related to a bug in game; monster dropping 7th anniversary maple leaves that shouldn't be dropping. I know it's a minor problem, but it may not be good to leave behind. I sent it like 5 or 6 days ago, and I haven't received no response. I know, is not as comparable to hacking issues, but if I worked in customer support, I wouldn't leave behind 'some' tickets (That's why they are getting paid, right?)

Of course, if I ever get hacked, not going to negate I'm going to send a ticket, but I highly doubt they'll pay me 150k. Or that they'll even response with good news. I'm talking out of experience, not other's opinions.
