Using Paypal bought NX for Name Change

Is it possible to use NX purchased through paypal for a name change? Or will I have to get off my lazy ass and buy a game card >_> -suddenly wishes her speedway or blockbuster carried them-

EDIT : Also while I'm here. Do you know if American Express cards can be used Via paypal for NX?

You will need a Game Card. And Paypal supports pretty much every major credit card.
