That Character (Changed) file is mean. I won't even attempt to go through it. I'm assuming it's just all writing off the secondary stat REQs?

This patch is actually terrible... nothing other than job advancement level changes and secondary stat removal. The only Tempest quest is the one that gives a Teleport Rock. What is this Nexon? >_<

Where do the Gen and Senior item sets (Hat, Glove, Overall, Shoe. level 30 and level 60) come from? if anyone knows. They look pretty cool.
