I apologize for the delay in responding to your ticket and I thank you for reporting this issue. I understand that your account is missing NX that you did not spend. As a fellow gamer, I can relate to how this must be disappointing to you and I am sorry that you have had this experience.
Please be advised that I have finished investigating your issue and I have been able to verify your claim. As compensation for this issue, I will be crediting your account with the missing 32,531 NX. This NX should be available in your account within the next 7-10 business days. If you do not receive your NX within this time period, please submit a new ticket letting us know.
I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you, and I appreciate your understanding. Have a great day!
Sincerely,
GM Gimbal

Note I do not play MapleStory. I have not played MapleStory since I became Mardia's #5 200, years ago. I play Mabinogi. For the second time in two years someone has breached the failure you call security on my MapleStory account to wipe out every ounce of NX I have charged.
They did not reset my password. They did not reset my PIN. Neither have been shared, with anyone, ever. But they still walk right in through the tin foil you call user security and wiped me clean. I am livid. You go on and on about how we should protect our information as players and then just allow our accounts to be raped by creating a system we can be looted blind from with no way to deactivate or lock out access to.
I don't maple, my account should not even be ABLE to look at the MTS. Deleting all my maple characters wouldn't even stop this because they could just create a new one on my empty account and do it any way. This is ridiculous.
It's not having what you want - It's wanting what you've got.
Read this thread, submitted a ticket about being hacked about 10 months ago (lol). Think they'll give me a straight answer? I have a screenshot of most of the items that were hacked and linked to them in my ticket. I also mentioned that I didn't previously submit a ticket because I expected a robot to answer me...
Think the net worth at the time was about $200 or so.
I put a ticket under Game Related Bug Glitches and have not received a response (items loss due to Fredrick & Rollback not being timed to the same save-point in Late January 2012).
I wrote a ticket in January and it was closed by GM, telling me to keep an eye out for compensation.
Wrote another one a few months later stating there was no compensation announced.
Wrote another one June 7th when I heard they started doing stuff (Closed my previous one) and it still has not been read yet.
It was a legitimate issue and I had lost all items in my store. Can anyone please advise?

Sorry for the late reply - but yes I have bumped my ticket on a Mon-Thurs. I actually went beyond referring to ticket #### and did both actually re-stating what happened plus referencing the ticket #. Thank you for the advice.
Note that this wasn't about getting hacked. It seems most of those tickets get answered (and are more common because, who else's NPC store would eat their items?).
All this chit-chat about the improved ticket system getting my hopes up :| Relogged my ticket for like the third or fourth time since I was hacked long long ago (during the leak period), been checking up every day for the past two-three weeks and still no response.
How did Eos get a response with that ticket! Haha.

When you reopened it, did you leave the first one open, and just submit a new ticket with the old tickets info?
No matter how many people say that Nexon is answering them and compensating; I'll never believe until I see it with my own very eyes.
I sent some problem related to a bug in game; monster dropping 7th anniversary maple leaves that shouldn't be dropping. I know it's a minor problem, but it may not be good to leave behind. I sent it like 5 or 6 days ago, and I haven't received no response. I know, is not as comparable to hacking issues, but if I worked in customer support, I wouldn't leave behind 'some' tickets (That's why they are getting paid, right?)
Of course, if I ever get hacked, not going to negate I'm going to send a ticket, but I highly doubt they'll pay me 150k. Or that they'll even response with good news. I'm talking out of experience, not other's opinions.
