Lux's mana costs getting reduced next patch. Lux players rejoice!

Long answer: Lux relies on landing her entire damage combo in order to be effective, unfortunately her Q comes with a very high mana cost and a high cooldown. If you want to become aggressive in lane, you are forced to shoot Q after Q, which will deplete your mana pool quickly assuming you are using your E to clear the creeps (which most good Lux's do)
Pros: Full 3 spell combo (Q into E(explode) R is devastating on single targets and in team fights. W is extremely potent with only 1 point at shielding multiple people in team fights. Great farming capability with E and R. Exceptional kiting
Cons: High mana costs, unreliable, hard to pull off spell combos, extremely unforgiving when missing spells.
Good news everyone! Lux is getting mana cost reductions next patch. Making it easier for Lux to take more chances in lane, and play more aggressive. We like that Lux is a hard to play mage with high rewards (seriously, practice Q - E- R combo), so we're trying to make her less punishing.

I died.
But then again we don't know what they are. I remember a red said before about her having to land all her stuff and all that and all she got was 1 second off her E which got reversed like 2 patches later.
I'd like it if they lowered the costs on her q e and her r. You need 40% CDR on lux but at the same time i can have like +54 regen at 18 from tome runes/masteries and 2 rings and its still nowhere near enough due to her costs.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that it is very likely that her Q, E, and R will have their mana costs reduced. From Jatt's post, he seemingly hinted towards that too.

Now they just need to make her passive give a small vision radius around the champion afffected by it and remove the vision obtained on her E and she's the girl I want her to be. She's a light mage for crying out loud, yet characters like kog'maw are better for obtaining vision of the enemy team.

Depends on how much of an increase Riot gives them.
Too little of an increase will virtually change nothing.

Too much will bring the game right back to where it was before the Shen buffs. People stop playing Shen and Karthus and Soraka remain popular because they have strong kits.

Not a huge fan of them reversing the cooldown scaling of soraka's ult.
From what they portrayed in the preview film it sounds as if she will start off with moderate cooldown on rank 1 of ult, increasing cooldown length with each point invested.

I love sona's utility in team fights though. She has the opposite problem of soraka though where she can be bullied in lane as she can't sustain for her AD carry as well as soraka because sona is very mana intensive to spam heal if your AD carry sucks.
