Okay as goes for the Trixie announcement, I recently found out it could have been a fake, as opposed to the fact it came out of someone else's mouth instead of the VA's, Fraust, etc. Anyone who's part of the show, really. Either way, it's nice to see a return of a villain, even though it came from Equestaria Daily's panel, Fraust did make a contradicting statement in her panel.
As for Zecora/Shaman, yea, I would have LOVED that idea.
The only thing that's TRULY confirmed was the Scoot Episode.

The fire started in the Mane Hall RIGHT BELOW THE ENTIRE AUDIENCE. A Lighting fixture caught on fire and released a gas.
No one was hurt. According to source, everyone either stood there, ran screaming out the entrance, or calmly walked out.
