I got my box yesterday, now (today) it's gone, how do I get another box? How do I restart the quest?

Did Nexon delete it?

How do I get my Renegade hat on my Shadower?

The box is only openable tomorrow.

They removed the boxes during the emergency check, but you can get a new one from the book on the left side. It might have only been claimable yesterday, though.
