someone who messes with packets just told me something interesting, according to him, all "permanent items" actually expire this day, the game checks this expiration date on the items and displays "permanent" instead. in his words:

EVERY permanent item actually has an expiration date of 2079
it's just that the game basically checks to see if it expires at 2079

I dont care for the regular PB chairs..but I like the one where your sitting on his head. As for the PQ bag, I want that too and many other things from the shop...eh to bad I cant really farm coins unless I make a new char :/

It's not a tangible "item" that can be moved around. It's similar to the pocket slot. Can't be "transferred" between characters.
