That's why you make the mule a Phantom, so it can supply all the other "rental" skills too. And HS. Leveling a single char to 165 for all that isn't too absurd.

Lucky for me my guild has Drk's ;D. but it still sucks.. just think of when I get dispelled and they're no where around ..

Hahaha, I was expecting this to have happened sooner though. Now, I'm really glad I never bothered with decent skills and don't rely on their boosts.

That still adds up in price pretty quickly, if you use multiple on a daily basis. And especially since if EVERYONE starts buying them, they'll go up in price as well.

That's still one way. As someone who used to use Energizer daily to rack up Dojo ranking, I really can't say that's a lot of price to pay.

Or you can make them. Half of the materials can be bought from NPC and the other half can be obtained through mining/crafting. With this Part Time system they just introduced, the recipes might just be a little easier to obtain.

How would he remember the names of all the people he rented skills to, anyway(which i'm sure is a whole lot)? People could lie for mesos. It's not much of an option.

Doesn't have to remember all of them, at least some would suffice. And to make it fairer, if I were in his shoes I'd at least refund half the amount to the ones I am sure to remember. But to flat out say "sorry bro, I'm not refunding a penny" is not right.

Do what we did before there was even potential. Make a HB mule and park it on the map.

They have probably wanted to do this a while, but since they knew PvP was going away, why would they apply a fix to the actual glitching method when they could just wait and do a one time purge?

It was a service. They bought it. It's not the seller's fault that Nexon decided to be a bunch of dumbfucks and not tell anyone they were taking it away, or that it was an unintentional glitch and should NOT be abused. Nexon turned a blind eye/deaf ear towards it, and just let crap carry on the way they were. Get this idea out of your head that anybody who sold renting service is some greedy peddler sneaking around in dark alleys. They're trying to make money just like anybody else out there.

Yes, it was a glitch. Yes, it should not have been abused. But is it absolutely our faults? No. Nexon's negligence played a huge role in this as well.

I gave Lovevictim 200 mil yesterday for rents and I don’t expect any of it back. I definitely don't fault him for keeping the mesos. I knew it was a glitch that could be fixed at any time. Also saying that he is greedy is way off base. He is being a merchant; he saw a demand and capitalized on it. What is wrong with that?

I'm not faulting anyone here except those who seem to be ok with greed, including Nexon itself. People with this type of "I'm just doing business hurrdurr" mentality will do anything they can to serve themselves and don't give a crap about anyone else. This pure selfishness is the worst thing about the game, more so than Nexon's mismanagement of it. Your "don't hate the player, hate the game" excuse is overused and cliche. It's the same excuse that was used when the OPQ exp glitch came about, it's the same excuse that was used by MTS merchants who sold hacked items, it's the same excuse used by greedy businessmen in the real world or people sitting on welfare and taking advantage of the system instead of making themselves actually useful and looking for a job they're easily capable of doing.

No one deserves to get a refund for renting skills. They abused a glitch and got bit in the ass for it. The skill renter has no responsibility to his customers once the transaction is completed.
