Has Phantom already been released in GMS or something?

I was going through the MapleStory folder and I found the dubbed version of Phantom's introduction.
Does anyone else have this? Because I assume Phantom isn't being released in a few months.

Phantom is coming out 7/12/2012. They put the data in there because thats how KMS did it, they'll release it with either a mini-patch or just activate it at midnight.
