I would consider either Forest Of Golems, or V/Hoodoos (but you're in Scania, so that might not be a viable option..), you could also try Zombies for the lulz.[/COLOR][/SIZE]

1) In third job anyway. I wouldn't even use burner to mob in third job after seeing it's damage. Plus i wouldn't have it maxed until 11x or so anyway, so i would be at newties not using it at all.

3) Can i really argue against this? I can argue that you won't take as much damage as you're saying though, because they're still frozen half the time.

I just read the PM. sorry, I was moving cross-country when you sent it and must have missed it at some point. I see what you mean about the mobility but I don't think you understand how much damage you take alternating between cooling effect and fire burner.. you'll end up getting hit so much that you lose the entire point behind mobility in the first place. I'm assuming that torpedo is a stronger skill as well, as it hasn't been proven otherwise, so personally I think giving up the mobility for more damage done to the monsters and less done to you is worth it.

if you don't believe me about the damage you'll take alternating between cooling effect and fire burner, I'll take a video later. you literally get hit every time you use fire burner.

as for my fourth job build.. it's hard to say lol. I'll definitely be getting 1 point into a lot of skills like support octo, air strike, and elemental amp, then maxing cannon, but after that I'm not sure anymore. I know you guys are all against it (with reason), but I'm considering getting some points in battleship and possibly even maxing it. I know it seems like a stupid idea, but the extra HP matters a lot to me since I won't be getting all that high leveled lol. I'll deal with the cooldown. for the most part, I'm just gonna see what I'm able to do with the skill books I'll be getting. Tongue

Well, I'd switch Mana Elixers for Sorcerer Elixers as soon as your MP amount his 750.

doesn't Sorcerer's Elixers recover 1500 MP? seems kind of like a waste of mesos

Yes, it does. However, the rate of MP to mesoes is usually:

2 Mesoes = 1 MP.

However, in the case of Sorcerer Elixers, the rate is 1:1, making it extremely cheap, so you can start using it when you receive 750 MP. Of course, when you have 750 MP you use the rate of 1:1, but usually with higher level potions there's a slightly added "tax."

(Such as Mana Elixers, which heal 300, cost around 603 mesoes).

In Sorcerer Elixers there is no "tax."

Uh yea, that should be obvious. You just need some dex gear to help you out

@ pots: Use supreme pizza if you want

@battleship going over level 1: If you do that, try to check the formula with the amount of damage your ship can take. Maybe there's an extra term for higher levels of 2 that disappears when it's level 1

i.e. 4k*skill level + 2k*your level + (5k)(skill level - 1)

Something like that. Just made up the other number.

I meant how much of a difference does being dexless, in terms of damage, does for a brawler? in other words, would give you a significant amount more than normals?
(is it worth it?)
This is if you are not too godly and if you have decent equips.

As much as the extra STR you get... it's not really possible to be more specific, cause it depends what weapon you use.

If you have +80 dex and 20 base, then you've got 80 more base str than someone with 100 base dex. It's not currently possible to make up that +80 str from gear unless you happen to get a +10 30% overall for str.


If you can only afford normal gear it'll make you weaker, cause you'll be limited to level 50-60 knuckles while normal Brawlers would be using 70, 80, 90, etc.

how long should i stay on white pots? should i get barbarian elixirs when i hit 1500hp?

I was on unagis at 1kish hp, then moved to barbs at 1.5k, and started honsters at 4.5k.

I'd jus start using pizzas instead of the other pots. They give u plenty of hp/mp for the cost.

Don't know if this is addressed or not but is the Battleship affected by environmental scenery (Slipping in El nath or floating above lava) because the battle ship floats above ground.

Shrapnel, how would Flamesplitter-mobbing be any worse than Torpedo-mobbing in terms of damage taken?

Edit: Ohhh right, you can freeze and Torpedo. I'm dumb Rolleyes
Couldn't you also stun and Flamesplitter, though, if it's really that a big deal?

Stun can get interrupted by one of your summons' hits. And fake shot only hits 3 monsters so the back monsters in an average mob of 4-6 would still be dishing damage at you.
